East Pole Kakadu Plum

Kakadu plum is a unique, native ingredient which is incredibly tart in its natural form.  Once the still is up and running, the distillery fills with aromas of stewed apples and jasmine.  Fresh mango is a great partner to the kakadu plum and we use coconut for a subtle, natural sweetness and texture on the palate.  We then add a small amount of Lemon Myrtle which elevates the tropical notes and provides a distinctive eucalypt and lemony hit to the gin.

Serve with Capi regular tonic, a slice of orange and a strawberry.

Mango

This unmistakably tropical fruit provides a great backbone to the gin and emphasizes the fruity flavours of the kakadu plum.

Coconut

Provides a great oily texture and subtle coconut sweetness to the gin.

Lemon Myrtle

Lemon Myrtle, when used sparingly, elevates all the tropical notes found in this gin with its delightful eucalyptus lemony goodness.
